From the Principal’ Desk

Cordial greetings! I am pleased to welcome you to St. Aloysius Anglo-Indian High School, Visakhapatnam, one of the revered and time-tested Institutions of English Education in Visakhapatnam, started in 1847. Child-centered in its mission, St. Aloysius, an initiative of St. Aloysius Education Society, a registered body, has been in the lime light in enhancing the teaching learning standards in promotion of the building up of well-rounded human persons with large heart and large mind realizing their God-given potential and the set goals. We aim at empowering our students to grow with strong acumen for discerning minds that contribute to the growth of the society. We value igniting the spark of creativity and curiosity in our students who can explore the world around with respect and reverence and be the part of solution, through our curricular and co-curricular activities. The accumulated traditions of experience and excellence are pressed into service to generate the homely environment with fatherly protection and motherly care. The credibility of our traditions is proved in the impact making presence of the old students spread all over the globe and serving the Nations in leading positions. I thank the Management for their educational vision, teachers for their commitment and the parents for their confidence. We continue to be in the race of creating generations who go to the ends of the world to join hands with all in creating a better world, a new heaven and new earth!
